Four days of Thanksgiving events at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain | Events

Thanksgiving day weekend is guaranteed to be busy at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain, with special dining events scheduled from November 22 to 25, highlighted by a Thanksgiving Day brunch and dinner from CORE Kitchen and Wine Bar.

There will be selections from the resort’s popular seafood raw bar and action stations, as well as seasonal and holiday selections.  Thanksgiving dinner guests to CORE may select from the following - Maple-Glazed Amish Tom Turkey, Filet of Beef, Seared Petrale Sole or Mushroom & Swiss Chard Cannelloni, with the three-course dinner to include a holiday Dessert Buffet as well.

The resort’s new Roadrunner Food Truck will offer tailgate bites for TV viewers on the Thanksgiving weekend’s two big football days, while Saturday festivities will be highlighted by a Cowboy Barbecue Buffet at Cayton’s Restaurant, complete with live country music. The barbecue menu will include main selections of smoked baby back pork ribs, smoked beef brisket, roasted chicken and grilled salmon. Also on Sunday, November 25, CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar will present the resort’s popular Market Brunch.
