Rediscover the Joy of the Holidays at St. Philip's | Events

The Holidays can be bittersweet when someone you love has died.  If you find yourself dreading the holiday season, feeling overwhelmed or confused about how to cope, St. Philip’s In The Hills invites you to attend  "Rediscovering The Joy of The Holidays" on Saturday, December 15, from 10 a.m. to noon in the West Gallery.

The program is for anyone who finds the holiday season challenging due to the loss of a loved one, a job, or other loss and who finds the holidays kind of “blue.” Our morning will include fellowship, discussion, reminiscing, and a short liturgy of remembrance. 

Please bring with you a picture, memento, or other symbol of your loved one or loss.  Registration is requested but not required. Call the Church Office at 299-6421 or email Brigid Waszczak at brigie@hotmail.com  for more information.  Open to the public and free of charge.

Please join us for a morning of sharing, ceremony and honoring our loved ones and our losses in a supportive, confidential environment.

St. Philip’s is located at 4440 N. Campbell Avenue at River Road. The office phone number is 299-6421. Ample parking is available in the north parking lot or under our new solar parking structure on the east side.
